Introduction of the Learning Unit
In this learning unit you will learn information about what is:
- important to know about supervision;
- important to do in supervision and how to do it;
- specific for the supervision in the trauma setting.
All of this information are not useful in just doing own supervision but also in the process of teaching the person to be a supervisor. We know that teaching of supervision is much more about practice than about theory than we try to offer you a lot of tips, good practices, and materials that can be used in the process of teaching of supervision.
