Chapter 4_Conclusion of the Learning Unit
In the process of teaching of new supervisors is useful to:
- Teach about what supervision is and was is not;
- Teach and train principles, structure, and methods of in supervision;
- Teach about the main function and benefits of supervision (what is helpful and what is not);
- In the context of trauma, not only general principles of supervision is necessary to teach but also is necessary to teach specifics of trauma-informed care and trauma-informed supervision;
- In the process of teaching of supervision is very important to offer a lot of practical tools, exercises, examples, etc., not only rich and clear theoretical background.
